Dave and Deb Boike opened Boike’s Trailside Inn in September of 1998 but began the in the restaurant business in 1993. They have plenty of experience to run an excellent food business. They believe in old fashioned values and treat their guests the same way. When you walk through the door, the Boike’s want you to feel at home enjoying delicious home cooked food, pastries and specialty desserts. Famous for the largest salad bar in Northeast Iowa. All salads are made in house and from their own recipes. Everyone says you have to try their Better than Broasted Chicken, Alaskan Walleye, Hand Breaded Prok Tenderloin and Dave’s Famous Hicory Smoked Ribs.
