The Ritz has been part of downtown Dyersville since 1948. Your hosts are Dan & Carol Sawyer have been owners since 2003.  Dan serves as The Ritz's chef while Carol works as hostess and bartender.  The Ritz is a local favorite where family and friends gather and is well known for its complete, fairly priced menu of homemade soups, juicy Prime Rib, steaks, seafood and sandwiches. ( Be sure to check the menu page)  The Ritz offers a full service bar, be sure to try one of Carols famous Southern Comfort Old Fashions.
