Dave and Deb Boike opened Boike’s Trailside Inn in September of 1998 but began the restaurant business in 1993.  They believe in old fashioned values and treat their guests the same way.  When you walk through the door the Boike’s want you to feel at home.  Enjoy the delicious home cooked food, pastries and specialty desserts.  Famous for the largest salad bar in Northeast Iowa.
